Information You Provide to Us

We receive, store and process information that you provide to us when accessing or using the Services, including situations such as when you register or update the details of your user account, when you search for or post Listings, when you make or accept registrations, when you pay for your registrations, when you post comments or reviews, when you communicate with other Users, or when you communicate with us.

The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, password, billing address, phone number, and information of any registrant in your registration of a Program including name, gender, birth date, medical or allergy information, additional contact name of such registrant. We may also collect Information about you from other users, such as reviews, ratings, and other interconnections and interactions between you and other users.

 Many Service Providers will customize their use of the Service to require additional types of data collection and content that is uploaded or input into the Service.

If you are a Service Provider, we may collection additional information about you or your business including business name and bank information to which we may remit Program Fee (excluding Provider Fees) working as your payment agent.

Information We Collect Through Your Use of Our Services

When you use our Services, we collect information about you in the following general categories:
Location Information: We may collect information about your location each time you access or use our Services, or otherwise consent to the collection of this information.

Transaction Information: We may collect transaction details related to your use of our Services, including the type of service requested, date and time the service was provided, amount charged or refunded, and other related transaction details.

Device Information: We collect device-specific information when you access our Services, including your hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information and information about the device’s interaction with our Services.

Log Information: We collect log information about how you access or use our Services, including your access times, browser type and language, Internet Service Provider and Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.

Information Collected by Cookies and other Tracking Technologies: We may automatically collect information using cookies, web beacons (also known as “tracking gifs,” “pixel tags” and “tracking pixels”) and other tracking technologies to, among other things, improve our Services and your experience, monitor user activity, count visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness, and tell if an email has been opened and acted upon.

We may also receive information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our Services. For example, if you create or log into your Lollicamp account through a third-party social networking site, we will have access to certain information from that site, such as your name, email address and other account information to the extent allowed by your settings with the third party site and authorized by you.

Perform internal operations, including, for example, to prevent fraud and abuse of our Services; to troubleshoot software bugs and operational problems; to conduct data analysis, testing, and research; and to monitor and analyze usage and activity trends;

If you are a Provider, your public Listing page will always include some information including such as the city and where your Program is located, your Listing description, your calendar availability, and your response to Parents' review. The public profile page of your business can be accessed and displayed if you have a Listing.

When you provide a review on a Provider in association with a Program, your review will become public;

We may share your information:

With our subsidiaries and affiliated entities that provide services or conduct data processing on our behalf, or for data centralization and / or logistics purposes;

With vendors, consultants, marketing partners, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf;

With partners who run contests, special offers or other events or activities in connection with our Services;

With search engines in order to index the content you provide as part of a discussion forum or public profile;

In response to a request for information by a competent authority if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or is otherwise required by, any applicable law, regulation, or legal process;

With law enforcement officials, government authorities, or other third parties if we believe your actions are inconsistent with our Terms of Service, or policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us or others;

We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register as Users. While we may collect certain information about children under thirteen that a Parent provides to our Service, the Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of thirteen.


The Services may integrate with social sharing features and other related tools which let you share the actions you take on our Services with other apps, sites, or media, and vice versa. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the social sharing service. Please refer to the privacy policies of those social sharing services for more information about how they handle the data you provide to or share through them.


We may store and/or process your information collected through the Service in the United States or any other country in which we, or our subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities.
